Spring Truffle Bianchetto Pate - 70% of truffle content
A whopping 70% of white spring truffle is blended with sunflower oil and salt to create a pate that is deep, rich, nutty and reminiscent of the finest Italian porcini. Use this for bruschetta or spread on cheese and charcuterie, can also be added to provide a rich layer of flavour to mushroom sauces or stews.
