1 onion
2 celeries

4 spoons of extra virgin olive oil 
1 or 2 anchovies 
15-20 grams of fresh black truffles

200gr of Carnaroli Rice
25gr of Philadelphia Cheese
15g of Fresh Black Truffle (in my opinion, the black Autumn Truffle is the best for this meal!)

  • 2 tablespoons salt
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 garlic clove, chopped
  • 2 generous spoons of ‘nduja sausage
  • half a can of chopped tomatoes, preferably San Marzano
  • Half a glass of white dry wine
  • 500g of linguine
  • 24 littleneck clams, well scrubbed
  • 4 tablespoons chopped parsley

Ingredients for 4 people

Extra virgin olive oil
fresh spicy chillies (the quantity depends on how spicy you like your food)
1 Red Onion
250-300g of pancetta
half a glass of dry white wine (Pinot Grigio for example)
250ml of single cream
2 spoons of Bonny Vita Pistachio Pesto
Pecorino cheese (recommended!) or Parmesan
500g of pasta (I recommend penne or any kind of short pasta)

  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 Onion
  • 100/120gr of speck (or lardon if you prefer)
  • 1/2 of a can of garden peas
  • 1/3 of a glass of dry white wine
  • A pack of Ravioli (mushroom ravioli or ricotta e spinaci are the best)

1glass of dry white wine (or brandy if you prefer)

20g of black truffle (any black truffle is perfect)

Pistachio Tuna Fillets

Pistachio Lasagna

1 jar of spreadable goat cheese (between 80 and 100g at least) 

1 jar of tomato medium-hot chilli sauce (we recommend a smoked paprika chilli sauce) 

330ml of single cream 

1 pack of lasagna sheets

  • ½ cup pistachios plus more for garnish
  • 2 cups rocket salad
  • ½ cup flat-leaf parsley
  • 1.5 cup grated Parmesan cheese or Pecorino Cheese (recommended)
  • 2 cloves of garlic, chopped
  • zest of 1 lemon
  • juice of ½ lemon
  • ¼ tsp sale
  • ¼ cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • some big mushrooms, stems removed
  • 2 tsp of extra virgin olive oil
